  • Location: Swineford, Bristol

    Full-time | 8:00am – 5:00pm (Start/finish times open for discussion for the right candidate)

    Salary: £30,000 per annum

    We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join our team based in Swineford. This is a key role working alongside the Sales Manager and wider team to support all sales activity, and in particular the smooth running of creating and sending quotes in a timely and organised fashion.

    You’ll play an important part in ensuring the sales process runs efficiently — from first contact through to booked meetings and follow-ups.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow up on leads and referrals, qualifying and booking meetings for the Sales Manager.

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients and contacts.

    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.

    • Manage and update CRM records accurately.

    • Prepare and send out proposals, quotes, and supporting documentation.

    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. finance, operations, installations) to ensure a smooth customer experience.

    • Support with sales reporting, forecasts, and customer meeting preparation.

    • Provide administrative support to ensure timely and effective sales follow-through.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or admin-based role.

    • Confident and professional phone manner.

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

  • Business Development Executive

    Location: Swineford, Bristol

    Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £40,000 - £44,000

    We are a dynamic and growing business based in Swineford, Bristol, with ambitious growth plans over the next three years. To support this journey, we’re seeking a Business Development Executive who will work hand-in-hand with our Sales Manager and wider Sales Team.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    You’ll play a pivotal role in progressing sales leads and identifying key decision-makers to set up face-to-face meetings for our Sales Manager. Think of yourself as the connector – smoothly taking the baton from initial contact through to meeting booking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to manage sales prospects and handovers.

    • Make outbound calls to develop new business opportunities and nurture referrals.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

    • Organise meetings for the Sales Manager with key decision-makers.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM system (Big Change).

    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts.

    • Work with marketing to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.

    • Support with sales reporting and forecasting for the management team.

    • Coordinate internally with Despatch, Finance, and Installations teams.

    • Help onboard new clients and support their smooth transition into our service.

    • Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or outbound calling role.

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

    • Confident working with CRM systems and tracking sales activity.
